If u want good Jerk you usually have to drive to Chicago! But... I was lucky enough to hear about this place opening and I'm in love The Jerk chicken is delicious and I love that u can buy extra sauce I got the mac and cheese and rice and beans as sides, and I can truly say I haven't had better!! Only way to prove me wrong is to try it for yourself!!
This is the best food and the portions are huge! It’s a to go business and there aren’t a lot of people working there. If you are patient you get the best service. They work hard to deliver this fine cuisine!
I have been looking for a jerk place and when I say I found it I mean I found it. The customer service was amazing. I ordered a jerk dark dinner and the oxtail dinner. I was skeptical at first but when I say they did not disappoint they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The portions are enough for two people it gave me home cooked jerked taste I was searching for, left my mouth watering. I definitely give It a 10 out of 10
I seen the reviews & decided to have faith & give them a try. I ordered the jerk white meal with cabbage & Mac & cheese I thought it was pretty good especially for it being in Joliet. The guy was really nice and let me substitute the red beans and rice for the cabbage. The jerk sauce wasn’t too hot and that’s the way I prefer it to be. I would come back
Trucker here. Was in town for the night and me an my team driver were craving Jamaican food. Found this place through Google/Uber Eats. Everything was . My buddy had the oxtails and I had the rib tips, both of which we're really good. The meals come with a huge side of rice and peas. I had the steamed cabbage and he got the sweet yams and both sides were good to. Would highly recommend and would happily eat here again if im ever stopped in Joliet, IL.
Meat pie is very flaky. Nice heat on the pie curry goat and curry shrimp were our favorite red beans, and rice was extremely tasty. Good food, great value
The flavor on their tacos are amazing! I also tried the jerk Alfredo, and it was so good I'll definitely be getting it again ! Highly recommend
